I as a rule do not blow the horn of too many companies. Our commerce society as it is these days is cut throat, and exceedingly no taking of responsibility nor flexibility. Many firms have certain policies and while good, there is the human factor. case-n-Point. Back in late December when the decision was made to take HazzardAyre and our Wolf-pack to Utah, I called all the important people, cable, heat gas, power. But I was refreshingly surprised at one at Comcast, her name as many of you know is Laura. We had everything set up for the 15th of January, but a week before equipment and weather problems delayed our departure. I called Laura, no problem, cancelled out one order, set it for February. Again a delay popped until late in the month, but did Laura and Comcast fuss? No, but she did get us taken care of. This is the difference between a person and a company, that wants customers and looks for a long relationship.
Now then, there is DirecTV. And oh I wish Laura or who ever could pass this onto the who at DirecTV that it needs to go. First part of February, after the web crawlers and trolls found we were looking at opening a military bikers aviation bar here in Idaho, one of their sales companies out of Long Beach California calls up, says we qualify for a free install, etc. Come to find out their definition, of a business and ours was different. Ours is, someone albeit in a residence until the other place is ready to be occupied , is not a business in DirecTV’s eyes. Now then there was equipment sent, I had to ROS(remain-on-station) all day for 4 days for the guy to show to throw the big bowl on the roof. He couldn’t do it, but he set us up on a program package, and so I wanted to take it with me. So called em up, despite what they say on their lyin TV ads, to get the damn thing back on ya’ll got to scarf up $300.00 . Free reinstall my ass. The difference is, DirecTV don’t care about people, only sales and does not tell the truth, more over really does not care if you stay with them or not. DirecTV needs a Laura, like ours at Comcast.
Now in closing need to say this and it goes along here. There’s quite a few tow services in Twin Falls, I would say ours but we are in Gooding and Shoshone, not Twin. Any mile, if you want a tow company that goes the extra mile, does the impossible and cares about you, not just how much money your worth, call A1 Towing & Repair. @ 208-733-1302 , you’ll be glad you did.

Quote of the Day:
If you want to be miserable, think about yourself, about what you want, what you like, what respect people ought to pay you and what people think of you.
